“It has been amazing to see the positive impact that yoga has had on children from year 1 through to year 6. During SATs week, year 6 children were actively discussing strategies to calm their nerves before the tests. Even our liveliest children have been able to enjoy and engage in the activities and learn ways to be calm. In a busy sometimes overwhelming school environment, yoga has offered children a different way of managing their emotions and supporting their wellbeing. It is definitely an intervention we will be continuing.”
